The Hybrid DB-02 is a dual passive direct-inject box which is one of the most useful and versatile tools available to interface various audio equipment in numerous ways.
The DB-02 primary function is to convert a high-impedance unbalanced signal to a low-impedance balanced signal, allowing the connection of musical instruments to be connected to microphone preamplifiers or to run an audio signal over a long cable length with minimal losses. It is also often used within the DJ industry as an interface between unbalanced and balanced DJ gear.
The DB-02 offers many useful features such as ground lift switches, eliminating earth loops & hum as well as two 3 position attenuation switches preventing the inputs from clipping.
The DB-02 is a robust and reliable tool, housed in a solid metal casing, and finished off with a black powder coating.
